Phil Worrall, Operations Manager for Yaanma commencing Katherine Central Shopping Centre contract

We would like to welcome Phil Worrall to the Yaanma business in the role of National Operations Manager. Phil arrived to the Yaanma business with a wealth of experience. Born and raised in Manchester, UK now living in SA with his family since 2007. He has worked as a Facilities/Operations Manager in retail and commercial property management since 1999 in both Australia and the UK.
Phil has been busy since starting his role with the commencement of Yaanma’s first contract, the Katherine Central Shopping Centre. See Phil’s report from the first week on the job:

“The first week in Katherine was hot and hectic! Most of my time was spent on site liaising with the existing cleaning staff who we are looking to bring on board. I was also ensuring that all our equipment and materials had been delivered and meeting with the Landlords Property Manager. We currently have 3 staff and are looking at adding a fourth shortly as we finalise a new cleaning roster that will not only deliver the contracted requirements but also to the high standards we strive for.”

So a busy but successful first week in Katherine for Phil and his first team, Michael, Jason and Chris!
